DC Developments boasts three Mazak lasers -1kw for high volume work in thin mild steel, 2.5kw for thicker materials, and a 2kw 6 axis for pipe and tube - enabling us to offer comprehensive sheet and tube cutting facilities in a wide range of materials.
Our modern machine shop with both manual and CNC capacity, boasts a Mazak Super Quickturn 250 MY lathe with full Y-axis milling and bar feed facility, a Mazak Super Quickturn Nexus 250 MSY twin spindle lathe with bar feed and a Mazak Nexus 410A milling machine, enabling us to offer workmanship of the finest quality with maximum versatility, from smaller diameter pieces to heavy duty cutting of bar and billet. Fabricating
To compliment our Laser Cutters and CNC Machine shop we a full fabrication department. We are able to do high accuracy prototype work to long production runs. We have a full range of equipment from CNC brake presses, saws, guilotines, drills and welders (Tig, Mig, Arc, Gas and Spot welders). Please contact us for more information.
