Laser Cutting
The quality of cut and guaranteed accuracy of our laser cutting means we can cut complex shapes without the need for expensive tooling. Our unique range of versatile laser cutters are able to provide cuts on six axis for pipes and tubing.
Welding
Our team of experienced fabricators offer all types of welding including TIG, MIG, Gas, manual metal arc, specialist aluminium welding.
Sheet Bending
Accuracy and repeatability irrespective of length, thickness or type of material. The 7-axes and a capacity of 80 tonnes ensures even the most complex bending.
Pipe Bending
We ensure accuracy and flexibility on tubes, flats and angle bars for flanges, sections and profiles for the best possible finish.
Sheet Metal Work
We offer a bespoke sheet metal fabrication service to produce products and components, in particular tanks, splashbacks and worktops; for a wide range of services including engineering, construction & marine divisions.
Sawing
We offer accuracy and versatility in the cutting of thicker materials, such as solid bar and bundles, up to 330mm in any shape of bar section.
Whilst boats may be our traditional field of expertise, having access to all the facilities in the DC Group means that we are able to extend our capacity to virtually any stainless steel fabrication including fittings for swimming pools, staircases, balustrades and kitchens. Whatever your stainless requirements, we alway try to ensure that every job, no matter how large or small meets the same high standard of design and manufacture.
